Each serving of any blend contains 550 mg of elderberry fruit.
Many people take one serving per day as part of their wellness routine. During times when additional support is desired, you can increase to 3-4 servings throughout the day.
Important note:
There is no established daily recommended amount of elderberry. If you are pregnant, nursing, giving elderberry to a child, or have any health concerns, consult with a qualified healthcare provider before increasing servings.

Northern Elderberry syrups are shelf-stable and do not need to be refrigerated.
